Requirements & Eligibility
You will need a valid driver's license (U.S. or international), a major credit card in your name, and proof of auto insurance. If you are an international renter, please also bring your passport. All documents are verified at the time of pick-up.
The minimum age to rent a standard vehicle is 21 years old. Renters between 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge depending on the vehicle. Luxury and sport vehicles require renters to be at least 25 years old. No exceptions are made to these requirements.
All vehicles come with basic liability coverage included. We strongly recommend additional collision damage waiver (CDW) coverage for full peace of mind. You may also use your personal auto insurance or credit card coverage — just bring proof of coverage at pick-up.
Policies & Pricing
Yes, our vehicles are available for interstate travel within the continental United States. Please notify us of your destination at the time of booking. Travel to Mexico or Canada requires prior written approval and may not be available for all vehicles.
Standard rentals include 200 miles per day. Additional mileage is available at a competitive per-mile rate. For longer trips or cross-country drives, we offer unlimited mileage packages — ask about this when you book.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). A credit card pre-authorization hold is placed at the start of the rental. Debit cards are accepted only with proof of return flight or hotel reservation. Cash is not accepted.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change — please contact us as soon as possible.
Rental Process
Yes! We offer convenient delivery and collection within our service area. Delivery to hotels, airports, or your home/office can be arranged for an additional fee depending on distance. Contact us when booking to confirm availability and pricing.
Yes, additional drivers can be added at the time of booking. Each additional driver must meet our age requirements and present a valid license at pick-up. A small daily fee applies per additional driver. All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement.
Your safety is our top priority. All vehicles are covered by 24/7 roadside assistance. In the rare event of a breakdown, call our support line and we will dispatch assistance immediately. If needed, we will arrange a replacement vehicle to minimize any disruption to your trip.
Booking is simple. Browse our fleet, select your vehicle, and click "Request Booking" or visit our Contact page. Fill out the inquiry form with your details and preferred dates, and our team will confirm your reservation within a few hours. No payment is required upfront.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If returned with less fuel, a refueling fee plus a convenience charge will be applied. We recommend refueling before returning the vehicle to avoid any additional costs.
